Responsibilities:

Host engaging and interactive live streams on Tik Tok to promote products and services

Develop creative content ideas and concepts for live streams incorporating current trends and challenges to maximize viewer engagement

Interact with viewers in real-time responding to comments and questions in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to build a strong online community

Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives and target audience to tailor live stream content accordingly

Maintain a consistent and professional on-screen presence adhering to brand guidelines and promoting a positive and inclusive environment

Analyse live stream performance metrics such as viewership engagement and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize future streams

Stay up-to-date with Tik Tok trends features and best practices to continuously enhance live streaming skills and strategies

Requirements

Possess a Secondary/SPM qualification

Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging live content and interactive segments

Exhibit strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively interact with a diverse audience

Ability to think critically and adapt to real-time scenarios during live broadcasts ensuring a seamless and entertaining experience for viewers

Eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic environment of TikTok Live staying updated with trends and platform features
