Job Summary

THE MANDATE:
You are the "Voice and Ears" of the brand. Your mission is to make TWT the most helpful transparent and conversational brand on the Indian internet. You will manage the community not as a customer support agent but as a knowledgeable peer who cares deeply about nutrition and the truth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Community Ownership: Handle every DM comment and mention with empathy. If a customer asks a complex question about ingredients you research the answer and respond personally.

Content Calendar: Own and execute the daily posting schedule across platforms.

Real-time Content: Spot trending conversations or "community moments" and create content on the fly without waiting for a formal brief.

Collaborative Creation: Sit in the "war room" with the Video and Design teams to brainstorm and sometimes jump into production (shooting/editing) yourself.

Metric Tracking: Monitor engagement and "social chatter" to understand what the audience truly cares about.

Educational Advocacy: Defend the brands philosophy of "Clean Food" by engaging in meaningful debates and clarifications online.

Requirements

The Perfectionist: If you have an eye for typos and formatting errors (like an accidental space before a full stop).

The Internet Resident: Someone who understands internet subcultures memes and conversational nuances.

The Nutrition Nerd: A genuine interest in what goes into our food (sugar vs. date powder etc.).

The "Small Task" Hero: Someone who understands that replying to a single comment is a massive branding opportunity not a chore.



Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
