Job Summary

Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for a Electronic Engineer L1 for offshore project Currently - Angola


Mission

Work in coordination with the electrical team where sufficient electrical knowledge is necessary
Plan the electrical maintenance reporting to the Electrical Lead / Chief Engineer
Respect of HSE and Quality procedures and practices
Act as the Cyber Security Officer (CySO) in line with IMO maritime instruments where applicable as per Organization Chart

Tasks

Monitor and control on-board electrical/electronic equipment according to safety procedures
Define maintenance work setting priorities and propose maintenance schedule
Propose to own superior the required quantity of material stock levels in order to maintain work continuity
Ensure that work activities are carried out in compliance with safety procedures and practices
Ensure the efficiency of the electrical/electronic equipment
Act as focal point for cyber security matters
Ensure compliance with the cyber security model established by the Company and with the applicable standards where applicable
as per Organization Chart




Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Electronic Engineer (or similar) of which 2 year-experience for a Saipem rig. Alternatively
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Electronic Engineer (or similar) of which 4 year-experience for a non-Saipem rig. Alternatively
  • Minimum 5 year-experience during which the Candidate has covered the position as Electronic Engineer / electronic technician (or higher position).
  • High School Diploma in Electrical Electronic sciences or equivalent
