We are currently hiring for an On-Call / Freelance / Casual IT Support role. Candidates will be interviewed by the client and a Background Verification (BGV) will be conducted including employment education criminal record and address checks.
Location: Bangkok Thailand
Mode: Dispatch On-call ticket-based / Freelance / Part-time / Casual
SLA: SBD and NBD support
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AV systems meeting room technologies and video conferencing solutions
Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments
Basic networking knowledge (LAN cabling connectivity troubleshooting)
Exposure to EUC support device management and onsite IT operations
Ability to support Windows and Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service communication and documentation skills
References are also highly appreciated.
