Job Summary
Nextlink Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Architect to lead solution design and delivery across Application Development (AD) Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) and future S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP FI/CO strong architectural ownership and the ability to collaborate with senior Finance and IT stakeholders in global delivery environments. The architect will act as design authority for Finance processes ensuring scalability compliance and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements
- 10 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP FICO expertise
- Proven experience as Lead or Architect in large complex SAP Finance programs
- Experience in global and multi-country rollouts
- Strong stakeholder management experience in enterprise environments
- Experience across both transformation and AMS engagements
- FI: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA)
- CO: Costing CO-PA Product Costing
- Deep understanding of Finance processes and integration touchpoints
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation
- Exposure to manufacturing or asset-intensive industries
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or FICO certification
- Experience supporting AMS alongside transformation programs
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in global delivery models
- Fluent English required
