Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adult Patients
Average Daily Volume / Census: Strong existing and growing demand for ENT services in the region
Admissions & Rounding: As clinically appropriate

Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Otolaryngology including medical and surgical ENT care
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: Acute care facility serving Platte County and seven surrounding counties
Trauma Designation: Level III Trauma Center
EMR System: State-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical systems
Specialty Backup: Strong in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist programs with full specialty support
Support Staff: Excellent nursing staff and collaborative medical team
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed position within established ENT practice
Reason for Opening: Growth within a well-respected and expanding ENT service line
CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
DEA & Certifications: DEA required; additional certifications as applicable
Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing process

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
State License Required: Active Nebraska medical license or eligibility to obtain
Certifications: DEA required
Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new residency graduates
Additional Requirements: Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care and collaborative team practice
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient otolaryngology services
Perform surgical procedures in a modern facility including hybrid OR capabilities
Collaborate with hospitalists specialists and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient satisfaction standards
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
