Risk Consulting is a dynamic and impactful part of EYs Consulting Practice. We help leading organizations strengthen their enterprise risk management internal audit internal control thirdparty risk management and regulatory & compliance capabilities. We also partner with our clients to digitize their internal audit and risk management functions from designing practical end to end process management tools to deploying advanced data analytics solutions for continuous risk identification assessment and monitoring. As aSenior Consultant in our team you will be at the forefront of delivering these transformative solutions.
You will work on diverse consulting projects collaborating closely with professionals from Technology Consulting Cyber Consulting etc. as well as colleagues across EY offices in the AsiaPacific region. You will also have the opportunity to grow your expertise by applying cuttingedge technologiesincluding data analytics automation and IoTto help clients solve their most important risk challenges.

Your key responsibilities:
- Lead work streams or specific tasks of risk consulting services formulate high-quality insightful and sustainable solutions for clients
- Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes utilizing methodologies tools and technologies
- Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
- Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops presentations and training at client premises and within the team
- Work closely with the project manager identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
- Supervise and coach junior professionals help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
- Conduct market research contribute to the development of proposals identifies and escalates potential business opportunities on existing engagements

To qualify for the role you must have:
- A Bachelor (or above)s Degree in Economics Finance Business or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 04 years in strategy performance improvementauditing compliance risk management or related fields
- Good knowledge on Business Administration Value chain Business processesRisk managementInternal Control Internal Audit Accounting and Finance Legal and regulations
- Good communication skills fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytics advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CIA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ or other relevant certifications will be a plus
