Job Summary
Responsibilities:
participate in the development of refrigeration compressors
track and comment design of product with focus on its future validation
define testing procedures of refrigeration compressors or their parts to verify requirements defined in product specification
prepare test and validation plan based on internal specification and industrial standards
follow testing in internal and external laboratories process and evaluate data
lead Root Cause Analyses of problems observed during testing and report findings to team
Requirements:
bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering
good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration
analytical thinking
good communication and organizational skills
ability to work in English
willingness to travel
Nice to have:
experience in similar position in HVAC industry
experience in automotive standards and testing
basic programming in Python or Excel VB
GT-suite
understanding of experimental methods and principles of measurement of basic physical values
