Job Summary

Clarity are currently looking forCNM1for a premier hospital based in South Dublin.

Requirements:

Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI.
Have 2-4 years post registration experience in an acute Irish setting (essential)
Have a recognised qualification or experience within the speciality (desirable)
Have a minimum of 1 year management experience (desirable)
Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
Have proven clinical and professional ability
Have excellent communication interpersonal organisational and leadership skills.
Competency in the English language is a requirement for the post
Competency in use of Microsoft packages.
The post holder must possess the skills to motivate and support staff at all levels.
