Workplace: 040103 BucharestWhat to expect:
- Determine the industrial scheme for the realization phase of assigned projects.
- Seek techno-economic solutions to optimize production costs.
- Finalize subcontracting specifications issued by the design office integrating manufacturing and acceptance constraints.
- Ensure manufacturing follow-up through key milestones: prepare RFQ packages send to suppliers act as technical expert and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Guarantee deadlines and schedules by implementing required optimizations.
- Alert the manager and MDP of any project deviations (quality cost schedule) to enable decision-making.
- Analyze issues and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Travel frequently to suppliers in Bucharest and across the country.
What you bring along:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing prototypes or small series of tooling across industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to steer multiple complex manufacturing projects in parallel.
- Team player: effective collaboration with internal project teams and external suppliers/partners.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining welding metal fabrication foundry 3D metrology; prototyping and small-series production.
- Ability to read manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Autonomy proactivity rigor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- French is a plus.
