Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

Work in the office in Athens!

About the project:

You will be working for a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
Provide information on subscription plans
Assist with account management and billing
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy

What you will need:

Fluent level of Swedish language (at least C1)
Good level of English language (at least B2)
Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

Salary bonuses and benefits:

Full time contract with a Greek employer
Standard salary 1300 - 1400 gross per month (including 2 extra salaries granted by a Greek law)
Up to 300 gross as a Performance Bonus per month for results from work and meeting expectations
Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law
Health package
Full-time fixed-term Greek contract
