This position can be based in Salt Lake City UT or in a traveling role.

Training/Requirements:

10 years field leadership experience
Management of large complex construction sites
Mission critical or data center projects preferred
Campus-scale programs preferred
Phased turnover experience preferred

Key responsibilities include:

Leads overall field execution
Reviews SOPs and MOPs for constructability and sequencing
Lead and manage the construction team on-site to ensure project goals are met
Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Review project plans and specifications to ensure all work is performed according to standards
Manage MEP systems installation and inspections
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise
