What Youll Be Doing
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on plant equipment to support reliable operations.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Inspect equipment and document findings to help identify potential maintenance needs.
- Safely use hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to maintain a safe and efficient plant.

- Capability to perform mechanical maintenance tasks using proper tools and safe practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn equipment systems and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions prioritize tasks and complete work accurately.
- Effective communication skills for working with team members and reporting maintenance needs.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe clean and organized work environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
