Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Production Data Analyst Co-Op - Fall 2026 to join our team located in Danvers MA.

Develop and provide KPI reports on metrics such as overtime productivity yields utilization etc. to inform better decision making and proactively alert the business to opportunities and risks within the organizations production and supply chain.
Develop business analytics that enable identification prioritization and justification of improvement programs that optimize production planning.
Leverages data analytics tools and create dashboards that support our daily management tiered system.
Qualifications:
Enrolled undergraduates or masters pursuing a degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering or any related field.
Prior work experience desired. Medical device experience preferred.
Familiarity with visualization tools( Looker Qlik MSPower BI) preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Ability to Communicate ideas and information clearly effectively and frequently (oral and written)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hrAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
