Job Summary

Queen B SushiFrom the team behind Caduceus Cellars Merkin Vineyards and Queen B Vinyl Café. Coming to Cottonwood in Fall 2026.
Position: We are seeking an experience Japanese/Sushi chef to join our team!
Experience: Five years or more experience as Head Chef in upscale Japanese cuisine.
Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience.
Skills Required:

Proficient in cooking sushi rice.
Excellent knife skills.
Ability to source and break down whole fish.
Able to work in a social situation in front of guests.
Working knowledge of ramen dishes.
Create exciting menu items.
Control labor and food costs.
Work well with and lead a small team.
