About this position:

The Investments Intern will support the Investments department by analyzing fixed annuity data coordinating timely client outreach and maintaining accurate investment-related records.

What Youll do:

Research and analyze MaxWealth Managements book of fixed annuity business to determine surrender dates.
Shadow operations team to gain exposure to FIRNA and SEC compliance and regulations related to processing securities industry transactions and paperwork.
Shadow financial advisors to gain exposure into their day-to-day responsibilities.
Review existing and enter new data in relationship management software to maintain accurate reporting of member accounts who are also investment clients.
Coordinate and schedule reminders for financial advisors to contact clients prior to surrender dates to discuss available options.

What Youll bring:

Major in Business Accounting Finance Economics or related field of study is preferred.
College student at freshmen sophomore junior senior or master level status or a recent college graduate within the last 3 months.
3.0 GPA or greater preferred.
