Job Description:
Administration & Core Services
Design/Manage the M365 Intune: Administer overall global settings licensing and service health.
Workload Management: Configure and maintain core services like Intune Autopilot Endpoint Policies Certificates etc.
Identity & Access (Entra ID/Azure AD): Manage user provisioning group membership Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
2. Security & Compliance
Implement Security: Configure and monitor security tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender suite) and enforce organizational security best practices.
Governance: Implement and manage compliance features including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) retention policies and eDiscovery/legal hold requests.
3. Projects & Automation
Deployment: Lead or assist in the migration of data and services from on-premises/legacy systems to M365.
Automation: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks reporting and configuration standardization.
Migration - Cros Tenant Migration using migration tools
Support: Act as the final escalation point for complex M365-related technical issues.
In essence the M365 Engineer is the technical expert ensuring that the cloud platform is secure available integrated and optimized for organizational productivity.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors degree in business administration engineering information systems or related field preferred
Six or more years of support services project or program experience
Two or more years of leadership experience
Experience working with the technology industry
Experience working with company products and operating systems
