| Duties and Responsibilities | Own and manage the end-to-end LAS digital journey on App & Web platforms. Drive new feature enhancements oversee change requests and ensure timely bug resolution. Monitor and analyze key product KPIs such as: Click-to-View % Form conversion rates Funnel performance API health and tech performance Use analytics tools such as CleverTap and Google Analytics to: Build and monitor funnels Identify drop-offs and conversion gaps Generate actionable insights Analyze UserExperior session recordings to identify customer pain points and report defects or UX issues. Collaborate with technology teams to prioritize fixes and improvements based on data insights. Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Ensure consistent tracking documentation and communication of product updates. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized institution. MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred. 812 years of experience in Product Management Digital Banking Fintech or Financial Services platforms. Proven experience as a Product Owner managing end-to-end digital journeys across app and web. Strong understanding of Deposits / Fixed Deposit products customer lifecycle and regulatory frameworks. Experience working with large-scale transactional platforms APIs and complex backend ecosystems. Strong leadership stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into product strategy. |
