The Security Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality security services and exceptional customer experiences. As part of the Customer Experience Team at PHIVE you will ensure the safety and security of Council facilities while fostering connections with the community.

The successful candidate MUST be available to work on a rotating roster during the week includingSaturday and Sunday. This is essential.
Shift times may vary between day and night shifts and the candidate must be flexible with their availabilities.
