Site Administrator Network Sites & Decommissioning
Location: Havneholmen Copenhagen
As a Site Administrator Network Sites & Decommissioning you will work with GlobalConnects network sites and facilities across the Nordic region. You will play an important role in ensuring that our sites are managed efficiently costs are controlled and legacy infrastructure is phased out in a structured way.
You will be part of a Nordic team working closely across countries. Collaboration ownership and clear communication are key to succeeding together. The role sits in an environment of transformation where processes ways of working and structures are continuously developed and improved.
Your role
This is a combined administrative and coordination role with strong focus on structure documentation and cost optimization. You will own important operational flows while also driving smaller initiatives and improvements forward.
Key responsibilities
Develop document and improve processes and routines for site and network administration
Handle incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and structured way
Administer contracts orders and terminations in line with guidelines
Own the full invoicing process including review follow-up and cost control
Perform cost analysis and propose actions for savings including consolidation and decommissioning of legacy sites
Participate in and drive smaller projects including planning execution and follow-up
Monitor and report relevant KPIs within your area of responsibility
What you need to succeed
Experience from site administration infrastructure operations network environments or similar asset-heavy contexts
Strong administrative skills including contract handling and invoicing flows
Advanced Excel skills and solid general IT user competence (SharePoint Outlook Teams)
Ability to work independently take ownership and drive work forward across stakeholders
In addition it is a plus if you have experience with Jira Confluence IFS Power BI automation tools such as Power Automate or data analysis and reporting.
