We are seeking a Creative Design Specialist to join our team and help bring our brand and storytelling to life through compelling data visualization print and digital experiences. This role will focus on bringing concepts to life from infographics high impact presentations to traditional marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate how design delivers business value through compelling storytelling strategic thinking and flawless execution.
You will combine creativity with precision producing visually and editorially engaging assets for a sophisticated audience. This position offers an opportunity to influence brand direction while advancing your career in a dynamic collaborative environment.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to transform complex ideas into engaging solutions often turning large data sets into bespoke and concise infographics and data visualization. We are looking for a creative thinker comfortable taking directions from written and verbal creative briefs offering both consultation and execution to our clients. Your responsibilities:
- Conceptualize bespoke infographics and elevate data storytelling.
- Elevate PowerPoint presentations for high impact events and pitchbooks with an innovative mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Marketing Sales Product) to bring campaigns to life.
- Refine design and ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and help evolve the brand design language across design systems components and stylesheets.
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets on schedule.
- Stay current on design and technology trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Communications or related discipline.
- Solid industry years relevant experience
- Strong creative design skills with a creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience in both print and digital design; Data visualization skills are highly desirable.
- Experienced in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
- Confident and comfortable pitching your ideas to communicate your concepts to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
- Experience working in financial services or regulated industries
- Familiarity with digital accessibility and UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly) a plus
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strategic and forward-thinking
