We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available. As an Occupational Therapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Functions / Duties of Position:
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Comfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splints
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients functional abilities
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculum
- Current Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- A desire to learn in a team environment and provide an e exceptional experience for patients
- A positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work!
