Senior Corporate Paralegal

As a Senior Corporate Paralegal youll provide legal support and services to our product and business teams. You will review interpret and match legal requirements to business scenarios and effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities:

•  Drafting reviewing and negotiating simple commercial agreements requests for proposals and other legal documents.
• Provide legal administrative support and advice to Acumatica team members.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle and legal documentation processes.
• Support intellectual property and data privacy matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management and transactional tasks.

Qualifications :

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies Legal Administration or similar disciplines.
• 5 years of experience as a tech paralegal (in-house or a law firm).
• Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients and a strong customer service attitude.
• Hands-on experience with contract management and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For this role the salary range is $85000-$105000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including skills qualifications experience and other relevant elements.
