Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in call center operations
3 years of project management experience
Experience leading teams and using call center software CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office and tax/financial tools
Preferred: Advanced Excel and experience in call center or financial/tax services
Responsibilities:
Manage daily project operations and ensure contract compliance
Lead cross-functional teams and guide call center activities
Maintain quality standards and collaborate with stakeholders
Provide input on call center activities and process improvements
