Job Summary
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and look after them brilliantly from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Stay one step ahead by anticipating what guests need and making it happen
- Turn guest concerns into opportunitieshandle complaints and remarks with flair responding within our speedy 15-minute Ibis promise
- Master all the arrival and departure essentials following our procedures like a pro
- Be the voice of the hotelhandle phone calls and reservations with enthusiasm
- Get creative in the kitchen! Prepare delicious snacks and breakfast outside restaurant hours whilst keeping invoicing and banking spot-on

Qualifications :
- Food and hygiene
