Job Summary
Your live-in carer duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and company
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Administering medication
- Light housework
- Shopping
- Preparing healthy meals
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
- Supporting clients to pursue their hobbies interests and social activities
- Offering specialised care for people with Dementia Parkinsons Stroke and other conditions
- Typically 2-4 week assignments
Qualifications :
You will have:
- 1 years experience working in Care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
- NVQ/QCF Health and Social Care - Level 2 or 3 is desirable
- Excellent written and conversational English
- Entitlement to work in the UK without sponsorship
- A friendly and caring attitude
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Patience common sense and a good sense of humour
Additional Information :
As a Live In Care Professional you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive paid training and support from our local office.
