Your responsibilities will involve:
Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs department
Preparing intradepartmental announcements newsletters departmental surveys and presentations
Maintaining departmental tracking and metrics tools
Coordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired promoted or contracted Medical Affairs staff
Developing reports for Medical Affairs management
Maintaining Medical Affairs knowledge libraries
Tracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensures resolution of issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications and requirements:
College or University degree
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an administrative position in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma)
Full working proficiency in English
Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset
Good organizational and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel Access PowerPoint Word) applications
