Job Summary

Hybrid role in Tallinn Estonia

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs department

  • Preparing intradepartmental announcements newsletters departmental surveys and presentations

  • Maintaining departmental tracking and metrics tools

  • Coordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired promoted or contracted Medical Affairs staff

  • Developing reports for Medical Affairs management

  • Maintaining Medical Affairs knowledge libraries

  • Tracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensures resolution of issues


Qualifications :

Qualifications and requirements:

  • College or University degree

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an administrative position in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma)

  • Full working proficiency in English

  • Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel Access PowerPoint Word) applications
