Job Summary
- Provide 2-level technical support on out-of-office and weekend basis
- Securing agreed service levels in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Monitoring ofInfrastructure and Integration into other systems
- Incident and escalation reporting
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Qualifications :
- 1 years of experience in technical support domain
- General technical background or equivalent education
- Understanding ofstandard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Readiness for night shifts
