Job Summary

  • Provide 2-level technical support on out-of-office and weekend basis 
  •  Securing agreed service levels in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) 
  • Monitoring ofInfrastructure and Integration into other systems 
  • Incident and escalation reporting 
  • Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues 

Qualifications :

  • 1 years of experience in technical support domain 
  • General technical background or equivalent education 
  • Understanding ofstandard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem) 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English 
  • Readiness for night shifts
