ABOUT THE ROLE
日本におけるホテルポートフォリオの拡大をリードする開発ディレクターを募集しています本ポジションはAccorの全ブランドを対象にさまざまな契約形態運営受託フランチャイズレジデンスやプロジェクトタイプホテルリゾート長期滞在型ブランドレジデンス複合開発に関する開発案件の獲得交渉契約締結までを担う重要な役割です
Accor is seeking a dynamic Development Director to drive the growth of our Japan hotel portfolio. This role is pivotal in sourcing negotiating and finalizing development projects for all Accor hotel brands across various contract types (management franchise residential) and project formats (hotels resorts extended stay branded residences mixed-use).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- 案件評価提案資料の作成契約交渉などディールメイキングのプロセスをリードする
- 市場動向競合状況新たなビジネス機会について常に情報を収集把握する
- 法務財務運営ブランド技術サービスなど社内チームと連携しプロジェクトを円滑に遂行する
- Identify and pursue potential development opportunities for Accor hotel brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners developers and consultants.
- Lead deal-making processes including opportunity evaluation pitch development and contract negotiation.
- Stay informed on market conditions competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal finance operations brand technical services) to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- 日本語英語が堪能であること
- ビジネスホスピタリティ財務不動産または関連分野の学位
- ホスピタリティ開発や市場分析における豊富な経験
- ホテル会計運営受託契約フランチャイズモデル財務モデリングに関する深い知識
- 卓越した交渉力コミュニケーション能力関係構築スキル戦略的思考を持ち起業家精神と多文化への理解があること
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Degree in Business Hospitality Finance Real Estate or related field.
- Significant experience in hospitality development and market analysis.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting management agreements franchise models and financial modeling.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and multicultural awareness.
