| Job Summary: |
This position analyzes data related to ADOTs statewide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)/Records Management System (RMS) eCrash and eCitation applications related Geographic Information System (GIS) infrastructure and associated integrations. Performs rigorous quality control and data validation to ensure the integrity of public safety records; specifically identifying and rectifying discrepancies in the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) / Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) data. This position participates in the after hours rotation for the 24/7 support line. May work weekends and holidays. Background check is required polygraph and drug screening.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| Job Duties: |
Provide basic technical support to various ADOT applications system integrations other supporting systems and assisting end users with software and hardware issues and escalate as necessary. Perform routine table maintenance and updates. Track and monitor support tickets; ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
Assist with testing and validation of software upgrades patches and new feature implementations. Key responsibilities include processing and submitting monthly NIBRS/UCR reporting running scheduled audits maintaining organized user documentation and delivering system training. Supports the maintenance of the UCR/NIBRS reporting Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance and Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP) standards.
Run monthly audits and review audit results for data quality accuracy and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. Support CJIS compliance and ALEAP reporting. Document data issues coordinate corrections and maintain an audit log.

Working knowledge of law enforcement records management systems and NIBRS reporting requirements.
CAD/RMS software and eCitation/eForm applications.
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL query concepts.
Computer hardware software networking fundamentals and VPN remote access.
Understanding of customer service techniques and technical support best practices.
Skills in:

Arizona Criminal Justice Information System Certification (ACJIS) must be obtained within six months of hire.
Valid Drivers License.
If this position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job then the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current valid class-appropriate drivers license complete all required training and successfully pass all necessary drivers license record checks. The license must be current unexpired and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to drivers license record checks must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R.11).
