Job Summary
General Manager - The Conroy Augusta (Tribute Collection)
As theGeneral Manager forThe Conroy Augusta (Tribute Collection) you will play a critical role in the opening of this historical hotel in Augusta GA. You will lead all aspects of hotel operations driving performance guest satisfaction and team engagement. Youll drive revenue manage budgets and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.
We are seeking a high-performing General Manager with premium soft brand experience who expects rewards to be tied to their accomplishments. You will have the unique opportunity to build a team and guest experience from the ground up in an iconic market. Key Responsibilities
- You will be the driving force behind our hotels success overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Your daily tasks will include managing staff budgets and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
- You will report to the Sr. Vice President of Operations.
- A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry such as regional director vice president of operations or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Business and/or related area of study.
- 3-5 Years of Hotel General Manager Experience Required.
- Marriott Lifestyle and/or comparable Brand Experience Required.
- Sales and/or Food & Beverage Background Required.
- New Opening Experience Required.

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
