A Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide / Cornerstone Barista
In this role you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to patients residents and staff ensuring adherence to dietary standards and physician orders. The position involves working in a variety of settings within the healthcare facility including a coffee shop and deli which require maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Youll face challenges such as quickly adapting to changing dietary needs and preferences while managing time efficiently during busy service periods. Collaboration with the nutrition team and other staff is critical to integrate dietary services seamlessly with overall healthcare. The work structure varies involving shifts that may cover early mornings late evenings and weekends to accommodate the facilitys round-the-clock care.
