As a Padel Instructor youll be out on the courts making sure members and guests feel taken care of at every step. From welcoming players onto the courts to supporting club programming and events youll help create the atmosphere that makes Union Padel more than just a place to play.

- Plan and deliver individual and group padel lessons
- Teach proper technique tactics rules and match strategy
- Adapt coaching methods to suit beginners through advanced players
- Organize drills match play and training programs
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote a positive inclusive and motivating environment
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment
- Assist with tournaments events and club activities
- Maintain courts and report facility issues when necessary
- Proven experience playing and/or coaching padel
- Relevant coaching certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of padel rules and game strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Professional reliable and enthusiastic attitude
