Job Title:Associate Clinical Coordinator Location:Brandon FL Job Type:Full-Time Salaried Exempt Reports To:Clinical Coordinator Essential Functions: Associate Clinical Coordinator - Perform all essential functions of BCBA as outlined in BCBA Job Description and Clinical Manual as needed to support clinical needs including but not limited to:
- Direct therapy sessions supervision parent training and assessments verifying sessions daily
- Respond to therapy team questions and provide assistance conduct therapist competencies Conduct and complete monthly program updates
- Support clinical activites at Brandon Clinic in the role of Associate Clinical Coordinator/BCBA
- Manage a caseload and meet expectations regarding case management for clinic
- Implement Intensive Feeding Programs
- Implement Intensive Toilet Training Programs
- Conduct assessments and develop program goals for clients
- Complete funder reports and reauthorizations
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments when scheduled
- Conduct competencies and provide follow-up coaching as needed
- Complete all tasks outlined in the Clinical Coordinator manual by respective deadlines
- Review and respond to all emails/phone calls directed to ACC/BCBA within 24 business hours
- Prioritize all tasks based on deadlines
- Implement directives given by Director of Clinical Services
- Meet with Clinical Coordinator/Associate Director of Clinical Services to discuss/review tasks and clinical operations
- Attend monthly clinical management meetings and present relevant information
- Assist in/Conduct monthly team meetings with all staff
- Assist in/Conduct 1:1 bi-weekly meetings with each BCBA
- Assist with/Manage the facility with the Front Office Manager and/or Front-End staff
- Assist with/Manage all clinical staff and provide support/direction to staff
- Ensure all staff are abiding by the employee handbook and ethical guidelines
- Perform timely/scheduled evaluations and reviews (clinical staff skills contributions etc.)
- Assist in ensuring that staff are credentialed appropriately with all insurance providers and see that therapy sessions are covered by the appropriate therapy staff
- Assist with overseeing discretionary budget
- Propose and implement companywide initiatives
- Implement BCOTB programs (TAP/SSP/SRP)
- Conduct meet and greets with new clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding clinical services
- Run or co-facilitate social skills group sessions as needed
- Attend training/workshops when scheduled
- Assist with marketing and attend networking groups if requested
- Prepare and conduct community presentations as assigned
- Participate in community outreach events as scheduled
- Write blogs on topics related to ABA therapy monthly when assigned
Key Performance Indicators: - Percentage of billable hours
- Percentage of competencies completed on time
- Percentage of meet and greets converted to clients
- New business added
- Percentage of 1:1s completed
- Quarterly Clinical Audit scores
- Implementation of initiatives/directives implemented by deadline

Required Education and Experience - Masters Degree in behavior analysis education or psychology
- BCBA certification by the BACB
