Job Description
Project/Program:
Create and maintain software for Policy Holder Services Strategic group within ITS department.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to analyze plan create
modify test and implement code.
The consultant will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards including but not limited to project management methodology SDLC (software development life cycle) Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
Mandatory Qualification:
Software Developer -
Is involved with all facets of the software development process including the research design programming testing and implementation of computer software.
Senior -
60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
Requested Qualifications:
- 72 months experience in Oracle development PL/SQL development including Triggers Packages Procedures functions views SQL Tuning and generating a data file from Oracle
- 72 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented
Programming developing web-based systems using Microsoft and MVC.
- 72 months experience in static scanning Third party component Scan and vulneribility remediation.
- 60 months experience with JavaScript JQuery CSS JSON and HTML XML REST API.
- 72 months experience developing web application conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
