Working in the Housing Delivery team within the Place Directorate you will play a critical role in meeting our ambition to ensure that every resident has a decent roof over their head. This post will offer an excellent opportunity for you to develop your knowledge and experience of housing development.

As Project Officer you will be supporting a team of Project Directors Managers and Officers in delivering housing schemes.

This is a full-time role offered on a part office and part home-based arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Including budget and contract administration ensuring that data management systems and project documentation are accurately updated and facilitating events and meetings as required. You will need experience andunderstandingof delivering housing schemes good communication skills and experience of liaising with a range of internal and external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Indicative Qualifications Degree or equivalent or vocational qualification in relevant subject or area or relevant professional experience.
