As a TechnologyStrategy AISenior Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver end-to-end technology and AI use case strategies for impactful business solutions
Conduct strategic validation and solution approach of high-value technologies and AI initiatives
Collaborate with internal lines of service business leaders and cross-functional teams toidentifyand implement AI use cases
Drive adoption of AI technologies and best practicesleveragingthe Microsoft stack including Azure AI Copilot and Power Platform
Conduct end-to-end research and analysis on global and local technology/AI trends and emerging use cases
Produce actionable insights and thought leadership on the evolving technology and AI market
Foster a culture of innovation continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and organization
Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve
Bachelors degree or equivalent in technology business or related discipline
Expertisein AI strategy use case development and technology implementation with hands-on exposure to Microsoft AI and data platforms
Ability to synthesize complex AI trends models and technologies into actionable business strategies
Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft suite of products
Strong communicationskills to convey complex technology and AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in research analysis strategy and digital transformation
Creativity and adaptability to bring fresh approaches as business needs evolve

The salary range for this position is $69600 - $116100. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
