This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who wants stability volume and upside without spending nights and weekends prospecting.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Conduct consultative retirement income conversations focused on annuities and protection strategies
- Work closely with EIPs Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
- Present client-aligned compliant annuity and insurance solutions
- Own the relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
- Navigate underwriting carrier requirements and follow-up with confidence
- Maintain strong product carrier and compliance knowledge
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Active Florida 2-15 license (Life Health & Annuities)
Preferred
- FINRA licenses (Series 6 7 63 and/or 65)
Experience & Traits
- 3 years of experience in annuities life insurance or retirement income sales
- Background in inside sales phone-based advising or call-center environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close consultatively not transactional selling
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven KPI-tracked environment
- Competitive motivated and accountable
- Organized process-driven and professional
