Torch Technologies is seeking a System Support Representative at Eglin AFB FL to support the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron.

As a System Support Representative your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with these specific projects with a look towardflightoperations of these platforms

• Perform system administration and technical management of Windows workstations and servers to include configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of systems used solely for testing activities by the mission planning division.

• Maintainthe computer lab storage safes software and diagram drawingsin accordance withgovernment regulations and direction from management personnel.

• Maintaindocumentation ofMission Planning Equipment InventoryEnd ofLife cycle Forms DLPwhitelistwaivers and Tempest Diagram.

• Perform LANmaintenanceand troubleshooting within the mission planning test laboratories as required for operational testing testtimecomplexity runs from system administrator setup to detailed discrepancy analysis. 80%requiredetailed software validation/analysis and 20% of the workeffortrequires complex technical document preparation.

• Requires travel ofapproximately200-mandays per yearperformance period to various test locations at government direction.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship

• Bachelors degree

• 3 years of OT Mission Planning experience

• Experience with knowledge of SSR protocols who can advise the 28th Test & Evaluation Squadron (28 TES) on current and emergingmission planning installation proceduresthat will affect thetestingof USAF mission planning systems.

• Meet the requirements for andmaintainan IAT or IAM Level II certification bypossessingat least one of the following:

  • CEH

  • CFR

  • Cloud

  • GSEC

  • PenTest

  • Security

  • SSCP

• Must have and maintain a TopSecret/SCI Eligibility Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarityand experienceinstalling/working with Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) and/or Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) software.

Schedule:(M-F; 8-5)

Work Location: Onsite at Eglin AFB FL

Travel:Yes up to 200 days a year
