Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (2nd Shift)
Location: Cincinnati Ohio
Hours & Shifts: 2nd Shift.Full time; work hours vary by location (see bottom of description)
Starting Pay:$16.75/hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential on weekends.

About the RoleAs a Direct Support Professional you will provide primary support services to individuals with developmental disabilities while fostering a teaching relationship that encourages healthy and productive personal growth community inclusion creativity and independence.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Promote and support the appropriate level of independent living; which may include teaching oversight and hands-on assistance with the activities of daily living
- Encourage an individuals engagement in social and community activities as well as appropriate physical/wellness activities
- Ensure an individuals health and safety needs are being met
- Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
Candidate Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Current and valid drivers license (with fewer than 6 points) and vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check (includes physical and a drug screen and criminal check)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings weekends and holidays)
