Job Summary

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Santurce Puerto Rico Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

We are seeking an experienced Audience Growth Lead to own and accelerate audience acquisition engagement and retention across all EDU brands at Red Ventures. This role sits at the intersection of content distribution AI-enabled growth and social ecosystems with end-to-end responsibility for turning insights into scalable growth engines.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can design growth systems lead execution across channels and use AI LLMs and experimentation to unlock new audience opportunities. You will oversee social strategy and execution guide multi-channel growth initiatives and serve as a connective force across Editorial SEO Product Brand and Partnerships.

What Youll Do:

  • Audience Growth Strategy & KPI Ownership
    • Own the audience growth roadmap across social email emerging platforms and AI-assisted distribution channels.
    • Define and own KPIs across acquisition engagement retention and lifetime value for multiple EDU brands.
    • Use performance data experimentation and cohort insights to continuously optimize growth strategy in real time.
    • Translate growth performance into clear narratives learnings and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Prepare and deliver growth narratives and decks that articulate opportunity sizing strategic bets and scaled impact.
  • AI & LLM-Enabled Growth
    • Identify and operationalize AI and LLM opportunities across audience growth including:
      • Content ideation testing and iteration
      • Social copy and creative optimization
      • Audience segmentation and personalization
      • Trend detection search-to-social mapping and predictive insights
    • Partner with Editorial SEO and Product teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows into content and distribution strategies.
    • Lead experimentation with emerging platforms formats and AI-driven discovery ecosystems.
    • Establish guardrails and best practices for responsible high-impact AI usage across growth initiatives.
  • Social Strategy & Execution Oversight
    • Own social strategy end-to-end from audience definition and platform prioritization to creative direction and execution standards.
    • Oversee planning and execution of social content across priority platforms ensuring alignment with growth goals and brand voice.
    • Set the vision for platform-specific strategies (e.g. TikTok Instagram YouTube X emerging channels).
    • Guide content calendars testing frameworks and publishing rhythms to maximize reach engagement and conversion.
    • Partner with Creative and Editorial to ensure social-first storytelling and high-performing creative formats.
  • Integrated Campaign & Content Growth
    • Lead audience growth campaigns supporting product launches editorial moments cultural moments and brand initiatives.
    • Leverage proprietary data audience insights industry trends and competitive analysis to inform growth planning.
    • Develop clear actionable briefs that align content distribution and measurement from day one.
    • Translate audience insights into messaging frameworks positioning and channel strategy that drive measurable growth.
    • Ensure consistency and excellence across touchpoints while adapting strategy to platform-native behavior.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement
    • Serve as a growth connector across Creative Editorial SEO Product Partnerships Email and Brand teams.
    • Ensure channel execution ladders up to broader audience and business objectives.
    • Lead internal enablement by creating playbooks frameworks and training materials for audience growth and social best practices.
    • Mentor and upskill team members on growth thinking experimentation and AI-enabled workflows.
    • Act as a thought partner for stakeholders looking to unlock new audience opportunities.
  • Problem Solving Autonomy & Business Impact
    • Proactively identify new audience growth opportunities beyond day-to-day execution.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on growth potential scalability and ROI.
    • Turn complex data into clear actionable business recommendations.
    • Continuously improve processes workflows and systems to drive faster learning and execution.
    • Operate with high autonomy while influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.

What Were Looking For:

  • 7 years of experience in audience growth digital marketing or content-led growth with strong social expertise.
  • Proven success building and scaling multi-channel audience growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI LLMs or automation to improve content distribution or growth outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms algorithms trends and audience behavior.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs running experiments and extracting insights.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with confidence presenting growth strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous systems-oriented and comfortable owning ambiguous high-impact problems.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams influence without authority and elevate overall growth capability.
  • Passion for education student needs and the evolving EDU landscape.
