The Country Club of Buffalo is seeking energetic outgoing and service-minded individuals ideally college students to join our award-winning Golf Shop team for the upcoming season.
This is more than a summer job. Its an opportunity to gain real-world experience in luxury retail event operations hospitality and professional service all within a nationally recognized club nd golf shop.

Youll work alongside experienced PGA Professionals and retail leaders who are committed to developing young talent. Many of our team members go on to careers in business hospitality golf management sales and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests
- Assist in daily golf shop operations and retail sales
- Support merchandising special orders and visual displays
- Maintain shop presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with tournament operations and club events
- Collaborate with Golf Professionals and team members to ensure a first-class experience
Who Were Looking For
- Friendly confident and professional demeanor

- Team-first attitude
- Interest in golf hospitality retail business or sports management is a plus
- Ability to work through the fall season (end of October at minimum)
Golf knowledge is helpful but a great attitude and work ethic matter more.
Schedule - Somewhat flexible
- 5 days per week
- 4045 hours per week in season and 20-30 in the shoulder seasons which are March to mid-may September to December. The golf shop is closed in January and February.
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Very few evenings (rarely past 7:00 PM)
Compensation & Perks
$19 to $20 per hour
- End-of-season bonus (based on performance and returning eligibility)
- Golf privileges on select Mondays
