This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative oroperationsprofessional with experience in home care healthcare administration or compliance-driven environments.### Key Responsibilities- Oversee dailyofficeoperations and administrative processes- Answer and manage mainofficephone lines professionally- Greet caregivers clients and walk-in visitors- Track employee PTO and sick time to ensure adequate coverage- Orderofficesupplies and maintainofficeequipment (printers fax scanners)- Ensure marketing packets applications and fee schedules are stocked- Support care coordination and schedulingoperationsas needed### Qualifications (Experience Preferred)- 2 years experience inofficemanagement administrativeoperations healthcare administration or HR coordination- Experience in home care healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently- Professional dependable and customer-service oriented- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growingoffice### Schedule- MondayFriday 9:00 AM1:00 PM### Benefits- Part Time Hourly Position- 2 weeks paid time off- Training and opportunity for growth- Supportive family-owned work environment
