Job Summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW VIC & QLD.

RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Operator to be based at our Forbes Quarry in the Central West region.

Duties include but not limited to:

Mobile plant operation including Water Cart Front End Loader Dump Truck and Excavator
Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles plant and equipment.
Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
Participate in daily toolbox talks
Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor.

Required skills and experience:

Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
White Card
MR licence
Experience working in a quarry environment
Relevant RII tickets
Good communication skills
Use of initiative proactive and organised approached to work
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
Potential for full-time work for the right applicant after trial period
