Temple Faculty Physicians the academic practice plan of Temple Health is made up of more than 500 employed physicians who are the cornerstone of clinical care and teaching for Temples healthcare enterprise. These physicians practice in 20 academic departments encompassing virtually every subspecialty in modern medicine.
While remaining committed to our mission of serving patients in our North Philadelphia community in recent years Temple Faculty Physicians has expanded its geographic reach beyond Temple University Hospitals Health Sciences campus. Today Temple faculty physician offices are located at Temple University Hospital and its campuses satellite offices located in Center City Philadelphia Fort Washington PA Oaks PA and various other outpatient settings. This expanded reach has brought Temple medical care closer to home for many of our patients.
Manages the employees within each of the Comprehensive Scheduling pods (Primary Care Internal / External Referrals McKesson Training / QA). Serves as the expert in systems process and implementations. Manages all aspects of the Comprehensive Team delineation of responsibilities. Builds relationships with their customers to ensure the highest level of service. Are excellent communicators and critical thinkers who continually look for opportunities to improve services to both our internal and external customers. Works collaboratively with other Management members within the Office of Access and Patient Experience. Serves as a role model for the Team and ensures the highest level of service to all. Manages staff performance and metrics. Provides monthly reports on service levels. Builds strong relationships with administration and outside scheduling / messaging vendors.Required Experience:
