Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat patients with ear nose and throat conditions

- Perform in-office procedures such as ear tube placements tonsillectomies and sinus surgeries

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Educate patients on their condition and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

- Stay current with advances in the field of ENT and implement best practices in patient care

- Communicate effectively with patients families and colleagues

- Actively participate in community outreach and education programs to promote awareness of ENT health

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine

- Board certification/eligibility in Otolaryngology

- Active state medical license

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of ENT conditions and treatments

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Commitment to patient-centered care and providing the highest quality of service

- Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in departmental initiatives

- Dedication to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the field of ENT
