We are looking for a Junior Change Expert within Transformation Office NL/ Strategy & Continuous Improvement
The candidate will manage complex change initiatives end-to-end or manage a smaller part of a large initiative together with a seasoned Change Expert.
Every change project is different requiring a specific approach and a particular team of experts. You will orchestrate changes across different delivery areas and functions. You need to be well organized and have the drive to keep things on track to ensure everything is delivered on time and in line with the requirements.
Role and responsibilities
Deliver complex change initiatives with strategic importance
Act as a business partner for the Business Owners and help them by executing their roadmap in a consistent and effective manner.
Follow the global standards for Change Expertise.
Actively look for collaboration across the delivery organisation to ensure timely delivery on commitments without relying on hierarchical structure or formal committees to do so.
Follow and strengthen the way of working for delivery while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model.

Masters degree (MSc)
Proven track-record in change and transformationand a natural drive to completion
Proven strategic thinking skills
Solid understanding and experience in IT delivery and Banking operation
Organisational sensitivity the ability to build trust with leadership and proven experience with senior management stakeholder management
High resilience the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
Excellent level of English
Excellent speech and presentation skills
Excellent powerpoint skills
At least 2 days in the office
