Flight Dispatcher (mfd)

As part of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations team on-site in our Hamburg office and actively support the safe and efficient execution of our flights:

• Prepare and file flight plans in compliance with regulatory and company requirements

• Conduct weather analysis (METARs TAFs NOTAMs winds aloft) and operational risk assessments

• Calculate fuel requirements payload limitations alternates and route optimization

• Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews

• Coordinate with ground handlers FBOs fuel providers and aviation authorities

• Liaise closely with the Commercial Department regarding scheduling aircraft availability and client operational requirements

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations MEL/CDL limitations and company SOPs

• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations or flight dispatch

• Solid understanding of flight planning meteorology and aviation regulations

• Strong communication coordination and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in operational systems

• Flight Dispatcher License is an advantage but not mandatory

• Fluency in English both written and spoken is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage

Operating on an ad hoc basis Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model which means we work principally with brokers across the world and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.
