WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC)was strategically established initially in 2016 in Warsaw Poland and subsequently extended to Manila Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA APAC and NA. Within the ADC our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.

Wearelookingfor aSenior Integration Consultantwhowillalsoserveasthe ADCTeamLeadforourMexicobranch.ThisisanindividualcontributorrolethatcombineshandsonIntegrationconsulting work withresponsibilitiesthatsupport andguidethelocalteam.

The role reports to the ADCPlatform & IntegrationDirector andmaintainsa dottedline relationship with the Global Head of ADCproviding leadership through influenceon delivery standards talent development and initiatives that support the continued growth and scaling of the CDMX team.

Your scope asADC Team Lead for CDMX:

• Promote team engagement and social cohesion in the CDMX ADC team.

• Supporting local initiatives that strengthen collaboration onboarding experience and long-term retention.

• Own performance readiness of CDMX consultants ensuring clear understanding of role expectations delivery standards and quality benchmarks.

• Support effective allocation of local resources across SimCorp projects to ensure reliable delivery and healthyutilization.

• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working improvingefficiencyquality and predictability in alignment withSimCorpsglobal delivery strategy.

• Support the scaling of the CDMX Delivery Center partnering with TA on recruitment onboarding and contributing to talent development and retention.

Yourscopeas a Consultant:

• Designbuild anddeliverintegrationsolutionsfor the SimCorpDimensionsystembasedonclientrequirementsincludingtheuseofourcustomintegrationtool(CommunicationServer)

• Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Manila ADC Platform&Integration Team

• Gatheranalyse anddocumentclienttechnicalrequirements

• Collaboratecloselywith teammembersand crossfunctionalteams

• knowledgeandcontributetocontinuouslearningwithinthe team and thewiderorganization

• Preparetestcasesand support System IntegrationTesting(SIT) and UserAcceptanceTesting(UAT)

• Performunittestingdocumentdevelopedcomponents andpresentdeliveredsolutions
