Duties and Responsibilities
Research and identify episode topics and guests and coordinate program scheduling
Produce edit and publish podcast episodes and maintain associated websites newsletters and social media channels
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
Coordinate podcast-related conference activities and represent the program and STEMCELL at these meetings
Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to support podcast growth
Knowledge and Qualifications
BSc with 6-8 years relevant work experience in scientific marketing or communications or MSc with 4-6 years experience
Experience in digital marketing and content creation including social media email campaigns website management podcasts or audio content and tracking performance analytics
Exceptional written verbal and editorial skills with the ability to create high-quality scientific content for diverse audiences
Strong project management skills; able to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail and organization
Confident communicator with proven ability to build rapport and engage with guests stakeholders and the scientific community in-person and virtually

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$81700.00 - $122500.00STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
